The Values Based Leadership Working Group

Last March we coordinated a symposium with the collaboration of Dean Hybl, Executive Director of Ten at the Top for corporate level executives in the Upstate: Influential Voices for Economic Development, Ethics and Education. From that symposium of about 16 leaders, it was agreed that quarterly sessions might be worthwhile. That was the genesis of what has now been four Values Based Leadership Working Group sessions that have occurred on a quarterly basis since last June.
